press record.

Can you cover photography and video together?

Yes. We plan the crew around the schedule and the deliverables. Simultaneous photo and video coverage, multiple rooms and full session recordings need appropriate staffing.

Do you travel outside California?

Yes. We can plan productions across the United States, including Las Vegas, New York, Washington, DC and Miami. Travel, accommodation, equipment logistics and production days are included in the estimate. Availability is confirmed for your dates.

What does the project cost?

The proposal depends on coverage hours, crew, locations, recording needs and editing. Tell us your budget range so we can recommend a realistic scope. Multi-day coverage and photo/video combinations are quoted together.

When will we receive the finished work?

Preview photographs, final galleries, films, clips and revisions each have agreed delivery dates. Tell us if you need material during the event so we can plan editing capacity.

Can we add a studio or livestream?

Yes. The on-site studio and livestream service can be combined with event coverage. We confirm recording positions, audio feeds, network requirements and separate crew where tasks run at the same time.
