YOURROOCCKK / Policies

Privacy Policy

Updated October 21, 2026. Inquiries and feedback use email drafts. Automated SMS enrollment is not active.

Who this policy covers

This policy describes information handled through the YOURROOCCKK website and production inquiries. The current project contact is Yuriy Bondarchuk at [email protected].

Information you choose to provide

An inquiry may contain your name, email, optional telephone number, service selection, dates, location, budget and project notes. Feedback may include your name, organization, relationship to a project and permission to publish your comments. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive personal records through these forms.

How the website works

The forms on this website assemble an inquiry or feedback draft in your browser. They do not submit a record to a website database or activate SMS. If you open and send an email draft, your email provider and our mailbox process the information in that email. Feedback can also be downloaded to your device.

How we use information

Information you send is used to respond, discuss availability, prepare a proposal, coordinate an agreed production, deliver work and address support requests. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. A separate publication permission is requested for attributed testimonials; contact details are not included in public testimonials.

SMS information and consent

Mobile contact information and SMS consent records are not sold or rented. We do not disclose them to third parties or affiliates for advertising, promotional activity or lead generation. SMS permission is limited to the YOURROOCCKK program you choose and is not transferred to another business.

Messaging providers, telecommunications carriers and technical vendors may process only the information needed to operate and deliver that program. We do not give SMS consent records to unrelated parties. The proposed program is described in our SMS Terms.

Service providers and technical information

When you send an email, email providers process it. A published website’s hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses and requests to serve and secure the site. The current design requests fonts from Google Fonts; that request sends connection information to Google. No advertising pixels or analytics provider are installed in this version. See the Cookie Policy.

Information may be provided to operational vendors only as needed for the service, or disclosed when legally required. It is not sold or used as a third-party marketing list. Additional tools such as scheduling, payments, CRM or analytics require an updated disclosure reflecting their actual configuration before activation.

Retention, choices and contact

Messages you send are kept for the project, support, business records and applicable obligations; they should not be retained longer than necessary for those purposes. The live site’s retention schedule must be established before automated collection begins.

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to withdraw permission for a testimonial. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. The published policy must reflect the services and processing actually in use.
